2025 OPEN HOUSE FORMULATOR MINI INK MIXER RAFFLE

Promotion Description:
The Formulator Mini ink mixer Raffle is administered by Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. The raffle will grant one lucky winner the opportunity of receiving an Anatol Formulator Mini ink mixer that will be awarded after confirmation of eligibility. To participate, the winner must have been present at the Open House event hosted by Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. The winner will be randomly selected and announced no later than , 2025.
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible you must be at least 18 years old as of February 20, 2025 and you must have physically attended the Open House celebrated by Anatol. To enter the raffle, the person must attend the Open House event and register to confirm their attendance and participation. To participate in the raffle, you must be an active member of the textile printing industry as a business owner or employee of an established print shop.
Official Prize:
The prize for this raffle is an Anatol Formulator Mini ink mixer.
Prize does not include shipping, delivery or any relevant taxes. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or material value. No transfers or substitutions are permitted.
Winner Selection:
The raffle will take place no later than , 2025, at the Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. offices that are located in 1429 Shields Dr, Waukegan, IL 60085. The raffle will be supervised by Alex Sroka, current employee of Anatol Equipment Mfg Co. and they will confirm that the participants were registered at the Open House Event. The winner will be subject to verification and will be notified by phone and email.
The acceptance and shipment process will be coordinated upon confirmation with the prize winner and its costs are assumed by the winner.
Release:
By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Raffle or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
Privacy:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Raffle constitutes winner’s consent to Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinion, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. The winner’s name will be announced publicly unless the winner requests in writing that they wish their name to be kept private.
General Conditions:
Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, or other factor beyond the Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle, as determined by Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. in its sole discretion. In such event, Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. reserves the right to award the prize at random from among eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual, without compensation, it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Anatol Equipment Mfg. Co. failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Limitation of Liability:
The Released Parties are not liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Raffle; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Raffle; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Raffle or the processing of entries; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Raffle
